Creation of a Surrey Mansion in the heart of Banstead, technology meets classic neo-Georgian design.

The central section of the front wall was retained, the rest rebuilt to a high specification using only the best building materials. Tesla charging, intelligent home automation controlled via iPhone apps, oak framed car barn, Tom Howley bespoke kitchen, luxurious living sold to a British Investment Banker.

Originally a 2,300 sq ft  house on circa half an acre, Eve Homes obtained planning permission to build a 5,000 sq ft mansion. Pre application meetings with Local Authority resulted in planning permission being granted upon first application. The property boasted luxuries such as a hot tub on the roof terrace, full home automation, 2 wine fridges on the island, instant hot water taps, cinema room and games room.

Crowned the BEST PROPERTY the town has ever seen, we set a new ceiling for properties in the area.

The property was let out on a short term let whilst planning permission was obtained. The build took 12 months from start to moving in.
